Hangzhou is famous for the picturesque West Lake, silk, and Longjing tea.


Hangzhou has a long history of silk production. There 15 kinds of silk products, such as silk, satin, damask, and brocade, the most beautiful of which are tapestry satin, georgette, silk fabric in satin weave, velvet, spun silk pongee, and elephant crepe.

Longjing tea

Grown in mountains around the West Lake, gjing tea has a history of 1,200 years. It is green in color and vagrant as magnolias, and tastes rich and fresh.
