Located in Renhua and Qujiang counties, the scenic spot consists of three parts, Mt. Danxia, Mt. Shaoshi, and Mt. Dashi, covering 180 square kilometers in area. The Jinjiang River snakes through the mountains with numerous ancient caves and waterfalls. The places of interest include Biechuan Temple, linshiyan Nunnery, the Golden Turtle Rock. the Five-Immortal Rock, and the Swallow Rock, in addition to the Golden Roaster Range, the Nine Rapids and the Eighteen Shoals, Nanhua Temple, Gufo Temple, the ruins of the Madui Man, and Yangyuan Rock.
