Huaqing Pool

At the foot of Mt. Lishan some 30 km east of Xi'an is Huaqing Pool which, fed with hot spring water, was once the bath of Emperor Xuan Zong of the Tang Dynasty and his favorite concubine yang Yuhuan. The architectural group consists of chambers, pavilions, corridors, waterside chambers and of course a luxurious bathroom - all arranged in a beautiful ancient architectural style.
