![]() The lake is more than 3,800 meters above sea level, and is 26 kilometers long and one or five kilometers wide. On its bank grows ancient Salix mongolica. The Parlung Zangbo River originates from here. Around the lake are green pastureland and fields, like an area in the south of the Yangtze River. (From Bome, it takes four hours to reach the lake by car.) |
