A. Tour Itinerary:
Day 1 Beijing
A tour of Tian'anmen Square, the world's largest public square, and Palace Museum, known
as the Forbidden City. Dinner at a restaurant.
Day 2 Beijing
A full day excursion to the Great Wall, one of the most amazing feats of human labor.
After lunch, a drive to the Ming Tombs along the Sacred Way with giant marble figures and
animals guarding the tomb area for deceased emperors of the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644AD). In
the evening you are treated to a delicious Beijing roasted duck dinner.
Day 3 Beijing
Your sightseeing this morning is the Temple of Heaven, the largest temple complex in
China. After lunch, tour of the Summer Palace, a former summer resort for the royal
family.
Dinner at a restaurant.

Day 4 Beijing 270km(4hrs) - Wuqiao 145km(2hrs) - Jinan
8:00 Leave for Wuqiao
10:40 A 10-minute rest at a service area of Qingxian County
en route to Wuqiao.
12:00 Arrive in Wuqiao, the cradle of Chinese acrobatics.
After lunch, visit the newly-built Great World of Wuqiao Acrobatics. Just a look at their
acrobatic skills will make you feel fresh and unusual.
Wuqiao is the place for International Acrobatic Festival which is held every two years.
Many world famous acrobatic masters come here for competition and exchange of skills.

Leave for Jinan.
18:00 Arrive in Jinan, capital of Shandong Province.
Dinner at a restaurant.
Day 5 Jinan 89km(2hrs) - Tai'an 77km(1hr) - Qufu
8:00 Leave for Tai'an. On the way visit Lingyan Temple,
famous for its grottoes and stone carvings.
10:00 Arrive in Tai'an, at the foot of Mount Tai, the
highest mountain in Eastern China. Take cable car to the top of the mountain and have a
breathtaking panoramic view. Then down the mountain by cable car for lunch and visit Dai
Temple, one of three largest temples in China, which was built for worshipping Mount Tai
in 961AD. The mountain was listed by UNESCO in 1987 as the world natural and cultural
heritage.Arrive in Qufu.
Dinner is served at a restaurant.
Day 6 Qufu 180km(2.5hrs) - Xuzhou
8:30 Visit Qufu, the birthplace of Confucius, renowned for
the magnificent Confucius Temple, Confucius Mansion and Confucius family cemetery and some
other well-preserved historical sites and relics. The city was listed by UNESCO in 1994 as
the world cultural heritage. Lunch at a restaurant.
13:30 Leave for Xuzhou.
16:00 Arrive in Xuzhou. Visit Guishan Han Tomb.
Dinner at a restaurant.

Day 7 Xuzhou - Nanjing
8:30 Visit Han Dynasty Terra-cotta and Horses Museum and
West Han Chu King's Tomb in Lion Hill.
13:00 Leave for Nanjing after lunch.
14:50 A 10-minute rest at a speedy highway service station
en route to Nanjing.
17:00 Arrive in Nanjing. After dinner, a sightseeing tour of
Confucius
Temple on the bank of the Qinhuai River.
Day 8 Nanjing
Morning visit to the Mausoleum of Dr. Sun Yat-sen and Linggu Temple Park.Attractions in
the temple are Beamless Hall and Linggu Pagoda. Lunch at a restaurant.
Afternoon visit to the Presidential Palace of the former Republic of China. It was also
the Imperial Palace of theTaiping Heavenly Kingdom. Then a visit to Tai City, used to be
the emperor's palace of Eastern Jin and Southern dynasties.
Dinner at a restaurant.
Day 9 Nanjing
240km(2.5hrs) - Suzhou
8:00 Leaven Nanjing for Suzhou
10:30 Arrive in Suzhou. A tour of Hanshan Temple. Lunch at a
restaurant.
Afternoon sightseeing tour of Lingering Garden or Master-of-Nets Garden and a visit to
Panmen Gate.
Dinner included.
Day 10 Suzhou 90km(1hr) - Shanghai
8:30 Leave Suzhou for Zhujiajiao, a water town, 40km away
from Shanghai.
13:00 Leave Zhujiajiao for Shanghai.
15:00 Arrive in Shanghai. Visits to Town God Temple.
Dinner is at a restaurant.
Day 11 Shanghai
8:30 Visits to the Oriental Pearl TV Tower and the
Exhibition Hall of Historical Development of Shanghai Municipality. A stroll about the
boulevard along the bank of Huangu River, Pudong Economic development District. Lunch at a
restaurant.
In the afternoon, visits to the Jade Buddha Temple, the Bund Waterfront and People's
Square.
Day 12 Shanghai/Exit
Morning departure for your onward journey.
